I could have had an Evolution V. My nephew has one with tons of racing
modifications on it, stickers, and generally looks like a rice boy's wet
dream. He's going to replace it this summer and offered it to me for
whatever the trade in value is.

I bought a chick car instead. It's a honda Fit. 30 kilos to the liter on
the freeway and about 15 around town. It's such a total chick car that some
guy was checking me out the other day. It's a cool car, though. My wife
insisted that I get the "smart card key system" thingamagizmo that makes it
unnecessary to use a key. As long as you've got the card key thing in your
pocket, you just walk up to the car and it will automatically unlock. You
start it without the key, and when you walk away from it, it automatically
locks itself.

She figures that this way I can't leave the keys in the ignition and the
doors unlocked.
