We have a report from the fj.life.in-japan Dynamics Officer that CL has
exploded. Flight director confirms that:

Actually, half the loan was coming from the government housing loan thingie, so
that might have been a possibility. But at the time, that would have been a bit
too close for comfort (not only was this a "government contact", this was a
"government contact whom was at the time quite visible to, well, the entire
nation").

I settled for applying for and getting an eijyuken in a month's time. Gift
horses, and all that.
