In a manner of speaking. I like to get drunk and throw empty beer cans at
the door. Sometimes you get lucky and one is still full. Just remember to

Yep, usually the flow is the other way. Only some of the old jalopies go to
Russia, the rest are sent to Okinawa.

The Okinawans certainly aren't used to it. Down here, when it gets 15C you
see people heading out to the fields with parkas on. 10C might as well
be -10C as far as they're concerned.
In fact, lately there have been all these stories on the news about fires
caused by fan heaters. Seems people aren't used to using them, and are
draping towels on top of them, setting them right next to their bedding,
hanging laundry in front of them, etc.
I guess it's like trying to teach somebody from Hokkaido the proper use of
sunscreen.
