That's what I find complicated. Obviously a bunch of vegans count on
spiruline and kombu to get that vitamine....and others say it's an illusion.
The role/assimilation of vitamins is not so well known by science. It's
possible most recommendations are provisory. For vegans that don't want any
animal product, not even yeast...well, that's a bet that can have terrible
consequences. For omnivores, it's not such a problem as you can eat a little
of eveything,
just in case.
