Arrest, investigation and trial only allowed in those cases in which the alleged
incident occurred on live CNN TV AND the act also witnessed by on duty law enforcement
and attorneys who could, if they so chose, to avail themselves for service as defense
counsel. No searches allowed, because all evidence must likewise be observed
immediately on live TV in open sight of on duty law enforcement AND attorneys willing
to serve as defense, lest anything at all be misconstrued, falsified or planted.

Conviction, and thus punishment, can only occur if all parties agree to a full length
trial covered on live TV, with the TV audience of any attorneys available to register
their objections to any findings, claims or assertions of the prosecution (including
opening or closing statements), AND the accused are willing to make full confessions
(ONLY to the allegedly directly witnessed incident) in open court while still
retaining the right to remain silent. In both criminal and civil trials, the jury
shall consist of a true jury of one's peers, eg, OJ and his confession if any, would
be judged by a body of successful black professional athletes, but only those who are
active members of the state bar to ensure their understanding of law, and unanimous
finding for the state or the plaintiff required. A "hung jury" means the accused is
fully exonerated and restored to the conditions, eg employment and social memberships,
they had at time of arrest, less false accusation cost innocent people their careers.
No reason a falsely accused or unconvicted sex offender be relieved employment as the
false accuser's gynecologist or girl scout leader. [If your wife or daughter do not
want their gynecological examinations and any alleged offense to be witnessed by live
CNN TV, active law enforcement, and defense attorneys who all just happened to be
passing by, they have no right to complain in public or private.]

The state itself would back any unconvicted persons to punish false accusers and those
who discriminate against them, relieving them of the burden of hiring attorneys or
filing suit. The victim of the alleged discrimination or false accusation would be the
only required witness. False accusers and those who discriminate against unconvicted
persons must prove themselves innocent to a jury of the former defendant's peers, etc,
those who discriminate against OJ would be judged by black people, and a simple
majority required for punishment. An example of punishment would be maintaining the
falsely accused's level of income before time of accusation or arrest, until their
natural death, if their careers have suffered from being falsely accused. Those who
falsely accuse or discriminate against innocents for unproved incidents could also be
punished as if they were convicted offenders of alleged crime, eg, death for false
accusation or discrimination against those accused of capital rape.

Is this sufficient protection for you Raj? Tell me why this is inferior to the current
system of protections for the falsely or mistakenly accused.
