It is you and others here, who criticize my views, who ask how we are supposed to
know. A full length trial, to examine all available evidence, including what may
have been unknown or withheld beforehand, is better than say, a common patrol cop
wrongly letting people go in about five minutes.

Have a trial.

That they can justify, yes.

If they can justify a charge of murder beforehand, that is what they ought to try
during investigation and trial. So here's another thing: If they find they can't
justify a charge of murder, judge or jury should be able to find a lesser charge
or sentence, instead of having to make motions on or deliberate on only what is
presented to them. Naturally, some jurors do not want to "find" people guilty of
capital murder because they have doubts about that, even if they may be sure about
something else.

What is your assumption as to why victims or survivors agree to a plea bargain?
Why would a rape victim, for example, agree to a charge of attempted rape instead?

Why should I be? What entitles you to speak for "all" accused criminals or falsely
accused innocent people?

Why do you say I am against plea bargains? It is people like YOU who are so in
favor of trials, so people can "know". And how do I show disdain for victims?

What ignorance?
