Perhaps to only what the prosecution believes they can make stick, not what
actually happened. Don't be coy. Even my memory (there is NO physical evidence,
and offended parties or witnesses do not come forward) would not serve properly
to be able to tell police what I did (true story) to those boys nine years ago.

Also limiting themselves to what they believe the prosecution can make stick,
not what actually happened.
Why does my standing up for trials suddenly make you feel I do not care for
victims (crime victims or those falsely accused)?
