I can't stand Diane Reahm.

A major difference, though, is that Rush makes no pretenses of being
balanced and unbiased. Nor does he claim to be a member of the
journalistic profession.

In your last sentence, I get a whiff of "Anybody who doesn't agree
with my political opinions is dumb."
