who has one just like she would get an hair cut, and the couple next to

On the whole still, there's a large scale industry of abortion in Japan, 
  that dates hundreds of years ago, and the culpabilisation that does 
exist about it doesn't restrain it from being very frequent in a country 
where the contraception pill is almost taboo.
