Westerners that apply to the "ads (teaching)" = gaikokujin koushi
Non-Westerners that apply to "ads (teaching)" = sorry we don't take

Surely there are 1% of exceptions.

This is discrimination in favor of Westerners, not against them.

About age, the major chains have a sort of affirmative action program that
makes them hire a number of Westerners in their 50's. Not few of the small
schools advertise "veteran teachers", which means older than me even if I
wear glasses.

About legal discrimination, each time I take the job of a Nihonjin, I have
to do 2 trips to Immigration (lose 4 hours of my time, and I can't ask them
to give me 6 or 8 mans to compensate) to get a 資格外活動許可書, while the
Nihonjins don't need anything. It's written it's according the Article 19,
Paragraph 2 of the Immigration-Control and Refugee-Recognition Act, so it's
probabbly legal.
But don't call Amnisty International, I'm not a victim, it's just a hint
they are giving me. I won't do it again.
