You mean that how these persons actually found a job (not necessarily
through ads) interests you less than the *age discrimination* you imagine by
reading a few pages of newspaper.
Certainly a lot of people have problems in the world, but Native eikaiwa
actors (of any age) feeling discriminated in Japan, that's a joke.
If the concern is about your own case, you wouldn't have problems to find
teaching stints in Japan. But it's much more unlikely that you find a work
opportunity that satisfies you. No only because you don't seem easy to
content, but because at you age, you have different needs (of housing
conditions, work schedule, work relations, career possibilities, health
insurance..) than a young single childless person.
