It's done everywhere except in your country where everything is so perfect.
As there is no age limit over there, you should join the army, so you'd get
a chance to live in Japan. Oh maybe, you can wait till your son is 18, so
you can join together.

They were hired for positions advertised for people in their 20's or for
people in their 50's ?
