I think I would rather say : "Midoruberi daigaku ni kayotta koto ga 
arimasuka ?"

"...itta koto ga arimasu ka" would mean "have you ever been to...", 
while the verb kayou (->kayotta) means to go to or to frequent a place 
on a regular basis.
