No. I am familar with the cute little under powered over priced 
Mini-Mac. Why anyone would want a machine that is even lower powered 
than a normal Mac is beyond me. My advice is buy a Mac T-shirt.

If you think all that software is worth $300 then, well you'd probably 
buy a Mac, but then don't bother telling me that Mac OS is cheaper than 
Windows.

Get a friend who knows about computers to help you. Power PCs are not 
some sort of rocket science. Mac is just an OS and a "cool" logo. In 
fact it isn't even an OS, it's just animation for Linux micorkernel.

Of the top of my head, the mini Mac is Power PC 1.2Ghz, 256RAM, 40G HDD.
