I'm glad to hear that they are allowed to come and go freely.

I remember seeing stuff on TV and in the newspapers when they built the 
housing for the homeless, which they emphasized was to be temporary. I 
guess they just meant that the homeless residents were temporary, since 
it would appear that the buildings are still there.
