In Georgia, it is legal to keep a loaded handgun on the console between 
the front seats of one's automobile. A few times a month, you read a 
great news story about a citizen who made good use of this law. These 
stories generally end with a thug taking the dirt nap on asphalt.

Speaking of asphalt, the tar pits in LA are the biggest ripoff ever.
