Really ? Each time I see the women-only car, that reminds me of friends that
were expats in Iran and said they'd find that they couldn't go to many
places together as she had to go to the women-only places and he was going
to men places.

Lawyers come when you call them.
I'm pretty sure that if in France, a semi-public company (in Kansai, even if
they call themselves *private businesses* all the big train companies get
most of their equipment budget from tax money, and the small one even get
more) was starting a discriminatory campaign like that one, there would be
popular reactions.
That's really OK for you to be told "You're a potential pervert, so women
cannot stand your presence in the train." ?
