Lucky people. For gas and water, it's about 3000 guilders a month ... 
about Y180,000. And that's in an environment that stays between 23 and 
33 year round. Of course, the place is about 800 m2 (with 200 m2 
air-conditioned), but I still think the proportion is heavily skewed 
towards your side.
