When you run Fdisk, are you answering Yes to "Enable Large Disk Support?"
That's how you get the FAT32 partition. If you answer No, you'll get FAT16.
Also, one thing you wanna watch out for is the 4gb partion can fill up reall
fast, you would be better off using the whole drive as the swap file will
have more room.
