heh. I've been searching my mind for a purpose to these machines,
(other than my fantasies of shoving the neighborhood cat into one)
think you found it.
Actually, i'll bet somebody is getting well paid to build them, much
like the smoking ventilation kiosks, it's all part of supporting the
middle class, full empoyment, yadda yadda. That and comeover engineer
dudes watching the video feed of the young girl in a mini skirt.
