Don't mistake this remark. My personal opinion is that the remark if maded
referred to Japan's lack of a Constitutional Democracy and culture of
Emperor Divinity. It is a judgement through "Western Cultural Bias".

A prudent person would not assume that this applies to the Japanese in
general unless you are a troll. No offense intended.
