OK, so at least the police apparently did the job seriously. The autopsy 
also ruled out amph, speed or the like ? (probably not coke in Japan)

Yes its' possible for the lifestyle you describe to kill by itself, but 
there's enough pornstar, prostitutes who have survived it for years, to 
think it's better to really check properly first. What mostly kills and 
makes taking that path really very dangerous is the high probability 
you'll end up encountering physical violence, fall into hard drugs, get 
sexual diseases, etc., all much more likely cause of death than just 
being oversexed.
