Generally laptop bioses are very limited compared to desktop specific 
motherboards. I haven't seen one that allows timing adjustments or 
overclocking. The gains in those areas are so minor anyway and are not 
related to the usual bottlenecks of a laptop such as the slow hard drives.
The video, sharing or otherwise, is part of the motherboard.
You should purchase a laptop that meets your needs in the first place. They 
have very little flexibility for upgrades (amount of ram, hd size and speed) 
as the space is limited and heat generation can be a problem.
