This can't be true. Japanese drivers are the best in the world. Their
licenses are the most difficult to get. They drive on the narrowest
streets in the world. There couldn't possibly be any better drivers in
the world than the Japanese. Why, just look how difficult it is to get
a license. What more proof do you need?
