How to hide color-coded text?
I have a large English file in MS Word format where marked text parts need
to be overwritten (translated into another language). My client wants me to
type this text in red color. There are whole paragraphs, one line texts and
individual words all over the entire job.
Since I count my work by the bytes (characters), I want to
a) either copy all red marked text parts into another file or
b) erase all black letters so that only the red ones remain.
Is this manageable in ONE step? If so, how to do that?
Some procedure like in "Find & Replace": Search for 'black-colored' text and
replace it by nothing. The red-colored text would remain...
Thanks,
Sigi
