This is doable.
Save as FileName_RedOnly
Ctrl + H to get the replace dialog
Set up as follows:
More >> Format >> Font >> Font Color >> Black
Use Wildcards
Find what: *
Replace with: [blank]
Now, press Replace All.
Done
