I'm not that great at Japanese.  Even though I can carry on a
conversation, even after 4 years, I still sound like a little girl (or
worse).    Not sure whether that's reasonable or not.

Maybe I spoke too soon. I'm not sure about the laws.  Anyway, even
though it may be convenient to have Japanese citizenship, I will not
apply for it for a multitude of reasons.  PR, on the other hand, seems
more suitable for me for now.
