Hi Al,

That was what I was thinking. But, is it not the case that as foreigner,
I can only be listed in the remarks (bikou ran ???) section instead
of in the normal section a normal Japanese husband would be?  I guess we
should just go to the ward office and see, but I was just trying to
collect as much info as possible before heading down.
