Kangaroos are not normally referred to as "intelligent".
Horses are borderline.
In any event, octopi are smarter than anything mentioned above, but
people eat 'em anyway. I have more qualms eating them than horses.
They're much more available, however.
So far as whale eating is concerned, it's not commercially viable, and
I see no point. Any commercial harvesting that turns a profit would
undoubtedly endanger the harvestee.
