It varies in each situation. Above I was referring to my wacky mother in

Another poster picked up on it seemingly out of context and replied
accordingly. (Total nutcase)
To avoid any further misconceptions..
Nutcase...a helmet used by a sports nut, bike or board rider
Nutcase...A type of luggage especially one used to carry nuts e.g. walnuts,
peanuts, brazil nuts and the like.
Nutcase...A complete and total wacko not connected to reality who thinks
evereyone can learn to read and write Japanese in a few days.
