I certainly wouldn't want a 20kg of flour in my house.

I have a bread maker which I don't use at all. It takes about 4 hours to
make a loaf. I used half white and half brown flour and liked the
results. It does take awhile to get the recipe right. At my former job I
had to work 6 days a week and so I was only home long enough on Sundays
to use it and got out of the habit of using it.
