Even moreso every time I send out another rent payment to an ungrateful
Botchan who hasn't had a job in his life because Totsan owned a bunch of
property with tenants and died, leaving it all to him.

It's relative, I suppose. Considering that most of my clients hang out
in buildings around Kasumigaseki and along Shin-Midosuji, the answer for
me is "Yes, them's the sticks."

The URL that still works is:

http://www.myplanst.co.jp/

My main complaint about that site is that I would like to find something
温泉付 and the closest they'll come to that is 温泉至近.

Eric also made several references to iSize, which is also very much around:

http://www.jj-navi.com/shuto/FJ110G00001.do?vos=nmsjiszs192001000002

and start looking from there. However, I find no reference to Shinetsu
or Koshinetsu in the area search bar.
