I kind of doubt it.  I don't get the impression that she has ever
lived in the
US but I could be wrong.

I presume that both of his daughters have US citizenship though (they
are/were
entitled to it at one time.)  One daughter is already in the US,
living with his
mother and step-father (more people he does NOT get along with) who
might
be able to provide sponsorship (or not being a minor etc.)  The other
daughter
is living with his ex and is "allowed to stay in the house until she
reaches 20,
at which time, they will 're-negotiate'" the arrangement.  Not likely
to hear updates
on that unless he can swing it into a court case.

I would be more interested in knowing whether he was still using his
US passport
or not.  The Japanese authorities might take a great interest in
revoking his Japanese
nationality if they thought they could get some political activist
loser off their backside's
for a while.  THAT would be amusing.
