Basically marketing bullshit that means nothing (glad I am not a translator).  

I think "forceful" or "strong" is the best meaning in this case, I doubt there
are any overdriven guitars being played. I found this:

I just went to Ruslana's home page, which states, concerning the song: "As of
today the song planned for Eurovision is not in its final version" ... "Today we
can only say that the song will be based on the most successful solutions and
achievements of the Wild Dances album" .... In other words her ESC entry will
not be a song from her latest album, but in a similar style, which she calls
"drive-ethno-dance". Her performance will also feature a "dancing show". Looking
good for Ukraine in their debut year!
