Got a friend with a broadband connection? I found the homepage for your
motherboard.
http://www.liteontc.com.tw/pcbu/nr120.htm or http://tinyurl.com/nta2 if the
former gets cut up in the posting.

You can do a whole lot worse than downloading all the available drivers for
your particular motherboard and then extract all the files to a directory.
Fire up the device manager program and make it search for USB 2.0 drivers in
the aforementioned directory.

If that fails to sort out USB 2.0 then I'm happy to send you a copy of SP1
on cd-rom - though it will be in English. I checked out the Japanese
Windows Update page but couldn't find a link for just downloading catalog
items. Maybe someone else knows where to get them.
