Some kind of fluff. Literally, something like
Let's realize wonderful dreams - from the moment we meet

What it will actually be will depend on the context and what it's being used
for. If the Tokyo "cousin" wants to put a frilly English phrase on her
homepage, that the Japanese visitors to the page can back-translate and get
素敵な夢をかなえましょう。
めぐり逢えたときから。
then the literal translation is probably the best. Preferably in nice,
feminine, lavender handwriting over a flower-pattern background.
