You mean of course: coverage of sports in which Japan is not competing to a
medal-winning level of ability. Perhaps sailing or horse-riding or
boxing...or women's volleyball and basketball and of course men's soccer.

With regular NHK, BS 1 and BS-Hi plus one of the commercial networks and
another digital channel I've managed to catch about 12 hours live coverage
of the games so far. And there's plenty of morning highlights shows for
those of us working from home - helps distract one from choking on the Daily
Yomiuri editorial for today (August 16) which strangely enough appears to be
a totally different editorial from the one published on-line. I'm afraid
I'm too lazy to scan and OCR it.
