One thing I have heard, although not exactly certain, is money is sometimes
given as a holiday gift in a red envelope.  I'm not sure about this, so you
might want to ask around.

It seems like a good idea, and the webstore can deliver them to any city in
China I believe.  They have many types of bouquets for all occassions.

She is also mad about Nike clothing, so I will most likely get her something
from Nike as well.

Perfume is always good.  Something personal, specific to her, or you and
her, would be greatly appreciated.  She gets so happy when she finds out I
take the time to try and learn about her culture.

If she's mad about London, get her one of those resin tabletop figurines of
the Tower of London or some such.  There's loads of gift ideas.  If she's
into sports, there's an idea.  What music does she listen to, her favorite
book, favorite time of year?  All these can provide unique gift ideas.
