I defamed no one. An element of defamation is the making of an untrue
statement of fact. I made no such untrue statement of fact.

I expressed an opinion that the comments by Yoshida ("m.yoshida"
<masa@yahoo.co.jp>) are bigoted, and stated the reasons for that opinion.
Basically, m.yoshida made comments implying that he thought the Chinese were
more emotional and political than the Japanese, and that the Chinese tend to
exaggerate. When I requested clarification, the person posting as m.yoshida
confirmed his remarks, repeatedly. Since the concept of racism, broadly
defined, includes actions not only against racial types, but also against
ethnic groupings, his comments were not only bigoted, they were also racist.

Is masa@yahoo.co.jp the same person as jamessmith_005@yahoo.co.jp?
