Don't think it is any more.  Or at least not in the Tokyo region or
during the
time that I tune in to it.  They just have Kihara-san and Sora-jiro
doing the weather
whenever I watch at 6:50 PM-ish.

Used to watch Morita-san at 6:30 for weather on TBS until they took a
knife to their
news format, gutted everyone, and brought in Kobayashi Mao as news
"reader."  No,
wait, not Mao, her older sister the ditzier one.  Uhh...Maya!  I think
they now they are trying
to stop her from saying ANYTHING
