That one's easy. You've probably got "Wake on LAN" enabled.

In Control Panel, go to Toshiba HW setup, then the LAN tab, & disable 
"Wake on LAN".

Depending on what else is on the network, something may be pinging all 
the adaptors every so often, which will wake the machine to see what's 
going on. If the OP has his machine connected to a network while 
hibernated, that may also be the cause of his problem.
