My citibank account was in Japan. Couldn`t figure out why they wouldn`t accept a US check - I mean they have my 2500yen and if there is a problem with the check what are they out? Me I get to wait a month for my money. But argueing with thier management chain didn`t work so I took my business elsewhere.
