I did finally get one response that appeared not to be robot generated. 
I have since tested a few more times and given him the details. That was 
just this morning so I'll have to see what happens.

I'm using FLETS + JENS SpinNet.

It could be, I suppose. I am reluctant to try any more overseas calls 
before I get this ironed out calling the two landlines I have at home 
first, though. I don't really want to annoy people in different time 
zones by calling them and having my voice go dead after 10 seconds each 
time.

Safer to test at home first, I figure. <g>

Yes, I do get the Feedback screen. It seems to be random. I have always 
filled it out and sent it back.

They need to fix the options, though. ADSL as the only home broadband 
selection? Also, by "person I'm calling can't hear me" they seem to be 
assuming that my mic volume is too low, and that is not the issue I am 
experiencing.
