Australians can get a one year working holidays visa, as long as they
have some pre-arranged employment. Places like Nova accept these people
as long as they have one year of tertiary education (that includes
vocational collages). But they can only work part time.

Nova rejects around 40-50% of applicants, so that's alot of people
without a pulse.
