Do you see room for improvement (particularly in the Middle East). And they
would be able to do better, if they were allowed to know instead of being
hamstrung by claims of privacy. They might find for example, that the missing
persons case is not a missing persons case at all but a murder.

No, I am referring to what did or did not happen in a criminal case, which is
what law enforcement should be about.
