Right. But they are both the same part of speech [sic]. And according to 
Websters fear is a synonym of terror. Certainly they might be used in 
different ways; but a synonym doesn't have to be a perfect match; again, 
perhaps you're just not familiar with the term and how it's defined by 
most of society but you. Maybe you should practice looking things up. 
IIRC you used to be fond of telling people to do that.
