No, I'm using the "how do you know?" argument, the same kind of argument most
people bring up with me when talking about crime.

Why do men with hoods who appear in anonymous photos and videos not need to be
properly investigated or questioned before being judged?

These men should be punished as criminals, simply because they are. But we still
don't know who they are.
