Particularly when they involve these previously unknown groups, and we see maybe
three people on camera from an image or clip off a web site, how do you know it is
not someone masquerading as Muslims or Middle Easterners, simply to stir up anti
Muslim or anti Middle Eastern sentiment? Koda and the others are confirmed dead,
but as one man has shown, he can fake such an abduction and threat himself, and
people will act as if it were real.

I am not claiming or calling for any tolerance. I am pointing out we don't know,
and in the case of these previously unknown groups, even the FBI, CIA, or better
known terrorist groups may not know.

On what basis do you believe that the people who abducted and killed Koda are
Muslim?
