I wouldn't worry too much. I suspect Ed just wanted a bit of peace and 
quiet and a cuppla irritant free weeks before the TEEMING HORDES INVADE 
his corner for the apricot blossoms. The last thing needed in such times 
are plagues of pollies with screeching speakers.
