Hi Group:

Any recommendations on cheap phone calls to the US?  I had been happy 
with Brastel (5 to 8 yen/min) but they screwed up my address twice now 
and I still don't have a card.

Googling found other services (10 to 15 yen per minute) but it looks 
like the registration process takes four days and I want to make calls 
tonight.

Has anyone tried internet calling, with services such as Skypeout?
http://www.skype.com/  This is 0.02 Euros a minute from anywhere in the 
world to the USA.  How about quality?  Other services to try?
